HUBUNGAN POLA MAKAN IBU HAMIL DENGAN KENAIKAN BERAT
BADAN SELAMA KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER II

Latar Belakang : Menurut data yang diperoleh dari Kementrian Kesehatan RI tahun 2010 prevalensi status gizi berdasarkan kategori Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dengan kategori normal sebanyak 65,8 %, kategori kurus sebanyak 12,6 %, kategori obesitas sebanyak 11,7 % dan kategori BB lebih sebanyak 10 %. Ibu yang memiliki pola makan gizi seimbang selama masa hidupnya, akan tetap sehat selama hamil dan dapat mengotimalkan potensi genetik anaknya.

Metode Penelitian: yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analitik yaitu peneliti hanya akan mendeskripsikan variabel tertentu dan disajikan dalam tabel distribusi  frekiuensi tidak hanya mendeskripsikan saja tetapi sudah menganalisis hubungan antar        variabel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa (   ) dari bulan November 2013 – Juni 2014. Sampel berjumlah 65 orang menggunakan teknik total sampling.

Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan hasil bahwa Pola makan ibu hamil trimester II di desa (   ) mayoritas ibu dengan pola makan teratur sebanyak 58 responden (89,2 %). Kenaikan berat badan selama kehamilan trimester II di (   ) mayoritas ibu dengan kenaikan berat badan normal sebanyak 33 responden (50,8 %.

RELATIONSHIP WITH PREGNANT WOMEN DIET WEIGHT INCREASE
BODY DURING PREGNANCY TRIMESTER II

Background: According to the data obtained from the Ministry of Health in 2010 the prevalence of nutritional status categories based on the Body Mass Index (BMI) in the normal category as much as 65.8%, 12.6% underweight category, as many as 11.7% obese category and category BB by about 10%. Mothers who have a nutritionally balanced diet during his lifetime, will remain healthy during pregnancy and can optimize their genetic potential.

Methods: This study used the analytic is that researchers will describe only specific variables and are presented in the table frekiuensi distribution not only describe but has also analyzed the relationship between variables. This research was conducted in the village of (   ) of the month November 2013 - June 2014. Samples totaling 65 people using total sampling technique.

Results: It was found that the results diet of pregnant women in the second trimester Rimbo Mulyo village Tebo majority of mothers with a regular diet were 58 respondents (89.2%). Weight gain during the second trimester of pregnancy in the village of (   ) majority of women with normal weight gain as much as 33 respondents (50.8%.
