HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI SUAMI PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III

DENGAN KUNJUNGAN ANTENATAL CARE (ANC)

Latar Belakang : Menurut data Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) pada tahun 2011, AKI di Indonesia mencapai 228 kasus per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Di-perkirakan 10.500 ibu di Indonesia mati saat melahirkan tiap tahunnya. Pada 2015, AKI ditargetkan turun menjadi 102 kasus per 100.000 kelahiran untuk mencapai     Tujuan Pembangunan Millenium Development Goals (MDGS). Hasil survey awal yang dilakukan di BPS Nurrahmi Desa Senamat Kabupaten Bungo seluruh ibu hamil   tri-mester III yang melakukan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) sebanyak 9 orang.        4 (10,25%) dari 9 orang ibu hamil trimester III mengaku tidak pernah di antar suami dalam memeriksakan kehamilannya dan satu diantaranya mengaku pernah di antar   suami itu pun sang suami tidak mendampingi sampai pada proses pemeriksaan.

Metode Penelitian : yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, peneliti hanya melakukan observasi dan pengukuran variabel pada satu saat tertentu saja. Sampel sebanyak 30 responden.

Hasil Penelitian : didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas suami memotivasi ibu hamil se-banyak 17 responden    (56,7 %). Ibu hamil yang tidak melakukan kunjungan ANC sebanyak 20 responden (66,7 %). Tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi suami pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan kunjungan Antenatal Care (ANC) di BPS Nurrahmi Desa Senamat Kabupaten Bungo tahun 2013.

RELATIONSHIP HUSBAND ON MOTIVATION III TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN ANTENATAL VISIT WITH CARE (ANC)

Background : According to data from the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2011, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia reached 228 cases per 100,000 live births. Estimated at 10,500 mothers die in childbirth in Indonesia each year. In 2015, MMR is targeted to fall to 102 cases per 100,000 births to achieve the Millennium Development Goals Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The results of the initial survey conducted in the village of BPS Nurrahmi Senamat Bungo all pregnant women trimester III who visited antenatal care (ANC) by 9 people.               4 (10.25%) of 9 third trimester pregnant women admitted never in between checkups and husband in one of them claimed to have in between the husband and the husband was not at his side until the examination process.

Method : This is used in this study is cross sectional analytic approach, the researchers only observation and measurement of variables at a particular time. Sample of 30 respondents.

Results : The obtained results that the majority of pregnant women to motivate husbands as much 17 respondents (56.7%). Pregnant women who are not ANC visit as many as 20 respondents (66.7%). There is no relationship between motivation husband in third trimester pregnant women with visits Antenatal Care (ANC) in BPS Nurrahmi Bungo Senamat village in 2013.
