GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU BALITA TENTANG

BERAT BADAN DI BAWAH GARIS MERAH (BGM)

Latar belakang Perubahan berat badan merupakan indikator yang sangat sensitif untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak. Menurut data yang diperoleh dari puskesmas Bungo Dani Jumlah balita pada tahun 2010 sebanyak 1.677 orang balita dari jumlah balita tersebut di temui sebanyak 30 balita BGM dengan persentase 1,78 % dan jumlah balita pada tahun 2011 sebanyak 1.569 balita dari jumlah balita tersebut di temui  sebanyak 22 balita BGM dengan persentase 1,4 %.

Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu      pe-neliti hanya akan menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan variabel tertentu dalam suatu penelitian tanpa mencari hubungan antar variabel.

Hasil Penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa Masih ada Ibu balita yang belum mengerti tentang berat badan di bawah garis merah (BGM) sebanyak 46 orang (48,9 %)  dengan pengetahuan baik 34 orang (36,2 %). Ibu balita yang mempunyai ekonomi keluarga terbanyak adalah ibu balita yang berpenghasilan > Rp 1.000.000 per bulan sebanyak 82 orang (87,2 %) dengan pengetahuan baik 71 orang (75,5 %). Masih ada ibu balita yang mempunyai pantangan makan berdasarkan sosial budaya adalah se-banyak 14 orang (14,9 %).

Background Changes in body weight is a very sensitive indicator for monitoring growth of children. According to data obtained from health centers Dani Bungo Number of children in the year 2010 as many as 1677 people from the number of children under five in the encounter as many as 30 infants BGM with the percentage of 1.78% and the number of children under five by 2011 as many as 1569 children of the children are met by 22 infants in the BGM with the percentage of 1.4%.

Method in this research is a quantitative descriptive research will only describe the specific variables and frequency distributions are presented in the table.

Results from the research results there is still a mother toddler who do not understand about weight below the red line (bgm) as many as 46 people (48,9%) with good knowledge of 34 people (36,2%). mothers who have young children is the mother of the family economy most toddlers who earn > rp 1,000,000 per month as many as 82 people (87,2%) with good knowledge of 71 people (75,5%). there is still a mother who has a toddler to eat based on socio-cultural taboos are as many as 14 people (149%).
