GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU NIFAS TENTANG PERAWATAN LUKA PERINEUM DI RUANG KEBIDANAN RSUD

Latar Belakang: Dalam periode sekarang ini asuhan masa nifas sangat diperlukan    karena merupakan masa kritis baik bagi ibu maupun bayi. Diperkirakan 60 %         kematian ibu akibat kehamilan terjadi setelah persalinan dan 50 % kematian masa    nifas yang terjadi dalam 24 jam pertama. Hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan     Indonesia tahun 2007 menyebutkan bahwa AKI tahun 2007 sebesar 228 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup Angka tersebut turun jika dibandingkan AKI tahun 2002 sebesar 307 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Angka tersebut masih bisa mencapai indikator derajat kesehatan dalam mencapai Indonesia sehat 2010 yaitu sebesar 125 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup.

Metode Penelitian: yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yaitu   peneliti hanya akan mendeskripsikan variabel tertentu dan disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ruang Kebidanan RSUD (   ) yang dilakukan pada bulan November 2013 sampai dengan Juli tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 19 orang.

Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan hasil bahwa Mayoritas ibu berpengetahuan kurang. Mayoritas ibu berpengetahuan kurang pada responden yang berumur 20-35 tahun Mayoritas ibu berpengetahuan kurang pada ibu yang berpendidikan SD.

DESCRPTION OF KNOWLEDGE POSTPARTUM WOUND CARE IN THE

MIDWIFERY HOSPITAL PERINEUM 

Background: In the current period of postnatal care is very necessary because it is a critical time for both mother and baby. An estimated 60% of maternal deaths due to pregnancy occur after childbirth and 50% of deaths during childbirth that occurs within 24 hours of the first. The results of Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey 2007 said that the MMR in 2007 was 228 per 100,000 live births numbers are down when compared to 2002 MMR was 307 per 100,000 live births. The figure could still reach the health status indicators in achieving Healthy Indonesia 2010 of 125 per 100,000 live births.

Methods: This study used the descriptive research is to describe only certain variables and frequency distributions are presented in the table. This study was conducted at Hospital Obstetrics Space (   ) conducted in November 2013 to July 2014 This study used a total sampling technique to sample 19 orang.

Results: It was found that the majority of mothers results are less knowledgeable. The majority of mothers are less knowledgeable respondents aged 20-35 years the majority of mothers are less knowledgeable mothers elementary education.
